Director of 24fit (SA) Pty Ltd. Director of several private companies that have been involved in the development and ongoing management of retirement villages. Over 25 years’ experience in commercial, retail and residential property development. Previous director of Bilo Supermarkets and Foodland SA.
Peter has also served on the boards of the Pembroke School Foundation, the Stirling Business Association and has been on the Committee of the Oakbank Racing Club.

Experience

Miranda has held leadership roles in high profile not-for-profit organisations across arts, education and the social sector and has extensive experience in marketing, communications, fundraising, sponsorship and stakeholder relations. She is a Churchill Fellow and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ken Patterson

Experience

Ken has a broad ranging suite of experience across town planning, property development, building and tourism. He is also a Director of Development Australian Property Projects Pty Ltd. Housing Industry Association Member and Justice of the Peace.

Experience

Russell has 39 years experience in Banking and Finance, in his last role was responsible for Corporate and Institutional Banking covering SA & NT and is now currently self-employed as Corporate Finance Consultant. He has served on several business, charitable and sporting boards over the past 12 years.

 

Janine Carroll

Experience

Janine has developed her professional experience from working in the Northern Territory and South Australian jurisdictions, where she advised government, corporate and individual clients in relation to a various property and commercial matters including leasing, sales and acquisitions of property and property development.

Janine has experience in private practice and in-house legal roles, and has a particular focus on commercial solutions for the minimisation and management of risk.

 

Mark Hayward

Experience

Mark has extensive experience as an executive-level leader across a range of industries including: education, aged care, property and community housing with demonstrated success in the leadership and delivery of major projects valued in excess of $50m.

Mark currently holds the role of Executive Director at TAFE SA.  His company director experience includes director of his own property development company, multiple terms on the Board of Junction Australia and member of St Peters Woodlands School Foundation and Council including current Chair of their Finance Committee.

Mark is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is also a member of the Urban Development Institute and sits on their Seniors Living Committee

 

Shanti Ditter

Experience

Shanti has held leadership roles in several South Australian councils, the private sector and has managed and owned a consultancy business.  Currently, she is the City of Adelaide’s lead for all city planning and development functions.

Shanti has a broad depth of experience in the development sector and has delivered award-winning affordable and social housing solutions for the not-for-profit sector in South Australia. She is a Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
