Westside Housing Company Ltd was established in 2019 and is a company limited by guarantee.
Prior to this Westside Housing operated as an association for over 30 years. Initially established by the Bowden Mission in 1985, Westside operated as a part of Uniting Care Wesley Bowden. In 2015 Westside Housing Association established as an independent Tier 2 community housing provider.
Since becoming an independent housing provider, Westside has continued to grow, doubling its number of houses in a few short years. In order to ensure ongoing financial sustainability Westside became a company. This move will ensure Westside has access to finance and other opportunities to see it grow even father in years to come.
