Janine has developed her professional experience from working in the Northern Territory and South Australian jurisdictions, where she advised government, corporate and individual clients in relation to a various property and commercial matters including leasing, sales and acquisitions of property and property development.
Janine has experience in private practice and in-house legal roles and has a particular focus on commercial solutions for the minimisation and management of risk.

Mark is an experienced property professional and company director with more than two decades of leadership across valuation, advisory and real estate services in South Australia. He is State Director (SA) at Acumentis.

Mark is also the Director of One Agency Adelaide CBD, a boutique real estate and placemaking consultancy focused on off-the-plan project sales and community-led development.

Mark’s combined expertise in property markets, strategic development and community-focused outcomes underpins his desire to put his property knowledge to good use in his recent appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Westside Housing.
