Westside’s board is comprised of a group of highly skilled and experienced individuals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
The Westside board has established various committees to focus the specialist expertise of our board members. The current board committees are Customer Engagement and Sustainability, Development Committee, Finance and Audit Committee and Risk Committee.
To ensure that we provide a quality housing service Westside maintains accreditation under the National Community Housing Standards of best practice.
Westside is registered with the Office of Housing Regulation as a Tier 2 Community Housing Provider. Registration under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) aims to ensure a well governed, well managed and viable community housing sector that meets the housing needs of tenants and provides assurance for government and investors.
